In addition to the Age Specific and Community Specific classes, ECFE offers other programs designed to reach groups with specific needs that might otherwise go unserved.

INFANT CLASSES FOR NEW PARENTS
Information, support, and resources provided to new parents. Sleep, development and age-appropriate activities are just some of the topics discussed in this class. Morning, afternoon, and evening classes are conveniently offered. Join other new parents as you begin your parenting journey. Contact our Rondo site for more information.

THE SAINT PAUL ECFE CITYWIDE PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL
operates in support of the ECFE goal: to support and strengthen families of young children through information, education and networking.  This Advisory Council is a collaboration of parents and staff representatives. Each ECFE site provides a parent representative responsible for relaying information between the site and the Advisory Council. PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM
The Pre-Kindergarten Program provides preschool education that supports and enhances the learning and development of children and their families prior to kindergarten at 26 Saint Paul Elementary School locations. Children must be four by September 1, 2012. At most schools, priority is given to children who are English Language Learners, are eligible for free or reduced meals, or are receiving Early Childhood Special Education services.
