Saint Paul's Early Childhood Family Education program offers open enrollment to our "Birth to 5" classes at 16 locations throughout the city. These sites also offer additional classes which focus on the needs of a specific group or of the neighborhood population.

ECFE offers open enrollment, which means every ECFE class is open to all Saint Paul citizens. You may find a class that suits your family's needs at a site outside your neighborhood. If you would like to view a complete list of classes offered through ECFE and where they are offered click here.
